Remote Project and Scheduling Coordinator LATAM.
HOURS: Monday through Friday 11 am – 7 pm EST**

As a Project and Scheduling Coordinator you will:
Manage administrative and operational duties to support our clients globally. This is a key customer interfacing role and ideal for bilingual professionals with experience living overseas and with a multicultural background. We are looking for someone who wants to make career and grow at ACSI, with high levels of attention to detail and able to provide solutions. Organization skills are a must. This position will allow you to work remotely. Among the main responsibilities of this position, you will:
REQUIREMENTS TO HAVE SUCCESS AT THIS POSITION:
SKILLS CONSIDERED AN ASSET BUT NOT MANDATORY:
Ability to collaborate/support other ACSI departments (Translation, Customer Service and/or Billing), when required
Knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
CRM Knowledge
